Company Overview
1099Policy's first logs you into a Company Overview tab, which provides a snapshot of your organization’s contractor management data.
Key metrics include:
Application Completion Rate: Tracks how many contractors have completed their insurance applications.
Active States: Displays the states where your independent contractors operate.
Insured Contractors: Shows the total number of contractors covered under your account.
Wages & Assignment Lengths: Offers insights into average pay rates and job durations, helping you understand workforce trends.
Contractors Tab
The Contractors Tab simplifies managing your workforce by providing tools to refine searches and monitor contractor statuses, and is where agency reps spend the majority of their time in 1099Policy.
Features include:
Filters: Narrow down your contractor list by location, job type, or insurance status.
Contractor Information: View key details like opt-in status, job descriptions, and required coverage.
Automatic Reminders: Notify contractors who haven’t opted into coverage, ensuring compliance.
Managing Contractor Profiles
The dashboard allows detailed management of individual contractor profiles, ensuring that every contractor is managed effectively and in compliance with your company’s policies.
