While we all hope for a safe experience while on a job assignment, accidents happen! Should your contract hire need to file a claim, 1099Policy’s team will notify the insurance carrier’s claims department expeditiously, and provide support throughout the process.

To get started with filing a claim, please email claims@1099policy.com and include the following information:

• Name of policyholder

• Date of incident

• State in which incident occurred

• Description of incident

Please note that claims are paid directly by the insurance company. The policyholder will be contacted by the insurance company’s claim representative to determine next steps.
